IC INTERCONNECT ACHIEVES ISO AUTOMOTIVE STANDARDS


COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado - May 2, 2005 - IC Interconnect, a wafer bumping service company, announces its successful completion of the registration audit for the International Organization for Standards/Technical Specifications (ISO/TS) 16949:2002 and 9001:2000. This standard encompasses the American (QS-9000), German (VDA6.1), French (EAQF) and Italian (AVSQ) automotive quality standards.
